The ‘Modernist’ is an homage to the 1920s visionaries who redefined the feminine form through the radical precision of the bias cut. We’ve taken those iconic modernist silhouettes – the liquid drape of a V-lined back and the rhythmic swing of a voluminous skirt – and re-contextualised them in the crisp, utilitarian cotton shirting. 
 

The dress is made of yarn-dyed cotton stripe shirting. The back panels of the dress are cut on the bias and matched at the seam, creating a flattering and luxurious silhouette. The skirt is voluminous and dips towards the back for a dramatic effect.
