Please note that your items will be shipped directly from the designer/maker of your products. This means that If your order includes items from multiple designers, they will arrive separately.

We are currently only shipping within UK. If you would like to order from another country, please contact us for shipping cost and times.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customer service is of upmost importance to us at PLATFORM. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We think you will love your new items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and with their original branded labels and boxes in tact. Please note we are unable to refund and exchange item(s) that have been used, worn, damaged or handled inappropriately. Please contact us on [email protected] prior to returning your item to confirm the return address for the designer/maker.
STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE
For standard returns/exchanges, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the good to us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage is obtained when returning any part of your order and retaining the proof until you receive your refund notification. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.
When the designer/maker has received the returned item(s), they will check to ensure the order has not been used, worn, damaged or handled inappropriately. They will notify us once this has been done and we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card excluding delivery costs. You will receive notification of a refund approval in approximately 2-3 business days following receipt of the item.
We can only exchange items for a product at the same price from the same designer subject to availability. If you wish to exchange it for another item at a different price or from a different designer please return your item and place a new order.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that the product you received is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email at [email protected]. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, we may not be able to accept your claim.
If the products being returned are damaged, faulty or does not match your order, we will refund all delivery charges. This does not include standard wear and tear from using or wearing your items.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be exchanged for store credit by contacting us within 14 days of receipt. The same conditions apply regarding unused/unworn/undamaged items. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, we may not be able to accept your claim. Any items marked Final Sale, are not available for refund or exchange.
