Ottoman Stripe Delany Coat in Cobalt Blue
The Delany coat in a limited edition periwinkle blue brocade from Stephen Walters.
The coat has a box pleat at the shoulders, gathered bell cuffs and a Nehru collar. The body shape has gentle A-line shape and a magnificent swing. Hugely wearable, the Delany is particularly flattering on the more modestly chested Apple and Pear shapes and superbly suited to wearing above a shorter sleeve or flared sleeve dress.
The Delany has two slanted pockets to the front, generous bracelet-length sleeves and is designed to fall to mid-low calf length.
The Delany is designed to be worn open. The two front panels should meet, but not overlap.
This superb ottoman fabric, woven by Stephen Walters in Suffolk, has a wonderful structure and a delicately beautiful finish.
Lining
The coat is lined in a Pewter silk with a Navy satin trim.
