The Brett Coat in a superbly soft Cashmere-Lambswool mix cloth with a deep herringbone pattern.
The Brett coat has a box pleats at the shoulders and bell cuff sleeves. It has two slanted pockets to the front, generously wide longer length sleeves and is designed to fall to mid-low calf length.
The Brett is designed to be worn open. The two front panels should meet, but not overlap.
This is a mid-weight fabric with a wonderful handle and sufficient natural hold to gently maintain the A-Line body shape, the collar and the bell sleeves without exaggeration.
Body Shape
The Brett style has a gentle A-line body shape with a magnificent swing. Hugely wearable, the style is particularly flattering on the fuller-busted and those with curvier figures. (For straighter shapes, we recommend the Delany Coat which we offer in the same fabric).
