The Garnett is one of the easiest of our coats. Finely executed and made up in the best of materials, it is incredibly wearable and superbly comfortable.
A trapeze-shaped coat, the Garnett is designed to fall somewhere around the mid thigh, according to taste. This coat has a mandarin collar generous sleeves, neatly tailored shoulders, pockets hidden quietly in the side seams and a generous swing.
The style is designed to be worn easily and open.
Made in a magnificent silk-mix brocade specially woven exclusively for EdNerat by Stephen Walters, master weavers in Suffolk.
With a subtle sheen and a fine finish, this fabric has a wonderful soft-silken touch but holds its shape wonderfully thanks to the quilt patterning and is practically creaseless.
