ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Born in Britain to an Anglo-Indian family, Sanjit Vallance is a London‑based designer and entrepreneur with a deep-rooted love of fabric and colour. Having attended University College London, Sanjit went on to co-found India’s first luxury bridal magazine, Indian Bride and Home. She further honed her business skills in property development and interior design. However, it was Sanjit's passion for fabric that brought her back to her family roots in fashion and led her to study lingerie design at University of the Arts London. Nui Ami is the combination of two obsessions: beautiful lingerie and a beautiful night’s sleep.
Nui Ami is a British brand with a new contemporary approach to nightwear, softening the boundaries between night and day, between sleepwear and loungewear. With an emphasis on versatility and comfort, beautifully flattering cup-sized sleepwear and elegant loungewear is designed for the perfect fit, with styles, sizes and support to suit every body shape. The provenance of Nui Ami's collections are important and all the garments are hand-stitched in small ateliers in Wales and Portugal from natural, luxurious and ethically-sourced fabrics.
